Refund & Return Policy

At Mogaino, we comply with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, to ensure your rights are fully protected.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

• You then have an additional 14 days to return the item after notifying us
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

⚠️ Important exception (Hygiene products like perfumes):
For health and hygiene reasons, unsealed perfumes cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may return items if:

• They are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The return is requested within the allowed timeframes
• You provide proof of purchase

3. Faulty or Not as Described (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

You are entitled to:

• A full refund within 30 days if the item is faulty or not as described
• A repair or replacement after 30 days if applicable

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

• Check your bank account
• Contact your payment provider
• Then contact us for support
